Vassar Department of Admission

Developed, Coded, and Deployed a new website for the Vassar College Department of Admission, in conjunction with Vassar Web Development. Site went live August 2022 for the fall '22 Admission Cycle. The site is designed to be both information-rich yet highly navigable. The challenge was to merge a tremendous amount of information, utilized by some of the world’s top students at a pivotal moment in their lives, yet keep the site as artistically elegant as one of our nation’s most beautiful college campuses.

Vassar Department of Advancement

Vassar was so happy with BA&A's work on the Admission Site that we were asked to Develop, Code, and Deploy a new website for Vassar Alumni as well. This website went live fall '22, in conjunction with a major Campaign for Advancement ("Fearlessly Consequential"), in conjunction with Vassar Web Development and the College Administration. The site is unique in its use of rich photographic and video content, as well as in its integration with Databases focused on Alumni Giving, as well as with Live Campaign Events.

Zafferano America

Zafferano America sells Italian-designed Cordless Lighting and Tableware to the North American Market. BA&A has served as Zafferano America's Marketing Dept. since its Founding in 2019. During this time, sales have increased 2x to 3x each year. With its flagship Pina Pro and Poldina Pro Cordless Lamps, Zafferano America is creating a new "Cordless Lighting" market in the Americas. BA&A is responsible for Zafferano's brand, websites, e-commerce, social media, advertising, and DTC sales. BA&A has built relationships with Oprah, Martha Stewart, the Museum of Modern Art, and has garnered feature coverage in the New York Times, Wall St. Journal, Vogue, Architectural Digest, Better Homes & Gardens, and more.

Space Racers

Space Racers is a preschool animated kids television series focusing on STEM Education and Space Science. BA&A serves as the show’s marketing department, supporting the brand, websites, e-commerce, partner marketing, event marketing, and social media management.

Alfred P Sloan Foundation

The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation is the nation’s largest foundation supporting basic scientific research. Sloan’s Public Understanding Program awards grants to books, film, theater, events, and web media and Ben Austin was hired to manage press and public relations for Public Understanding and to develop a social media presence for the Program.

World Science Festival

The World Science Festival is an annual STEM education event held in New York City. Ben served as its first marketing lead, developing the website, program, and managing all press, public relations, and advertising.

Mediamax Network

A partner to Conde Nast publications, Mediamax was launching a marketing automation campaign but lacked the proper website. BA&A developed the site (over the holidays), created the integrations with Salesforce and Pardot marketing automation, and provided ongoing digital marketing support post-launch.


Claire Friedlander Family Foundation

This non-profit organization needed an automated process for sending grant applications to its contacts while also integrating with a CRM to track all grantees and the related data. BA&A customized a Salesforce instance for non-profits, using FormAssembly to send automated emails.

Beijing Med-Pharm

Beijing Med-Pharm was a US-based company that built a pharmaceutical distribution network in China. BA&A developed the brand, logo, built websites and investor presentations, helped bring the firm public on the NASDAQ as BJGP, and saw through a successful acquisition by Sanofi Aventis for $520 Million.


J. T. Rogers is a Tony Award-winning American playwright whose works include Oslo and Tokyo Vice. BA&A has built websites, managed social media, and public relations efforts. During the 2016 and 2017 theater seasons, Oslo swept all seven major Theater Awards, including the 2017 Tony Award for Best Play. With Director Bart Sher and Producer Cambra Overend, Rogers has since formed SRO Creative and is currently showrunner for the HBO series Tokyo Vice.

Frank London

Frank London is an American Jazz and Klezmer Trumpet Player and Composer. London is a Co-Founder of The Klezmatics, Les Misérables Brass Band, and the Klezmer Conservatory Band. London is a member of Hasidic New Wave and leads Frank London's Klezmer Brass Allstars. London is on the music faculty of the State University of New York at Purchase.
